Free Holiday Tree Disposal
Waste Management provides a free tree disposal starting on Dec 26th. You will need to prep it for pick-up and there are limitations on the kind of trees WM will pick-up. You may have received a flyer in your latest bill with all the details. If not, you can download the flyer here.
Next HOA Meeting
The next HOA meeting is the first Tuesday of February 2014 at 7:00PM at the Depot. You should attend and meet more of your caring neighbors.
Knolls Celebration
It was a cold and damp December Saturday at the Santa Susana Park, BUT under the pavilion was a happy place for this was where the Knolls was celebrating its WIN against a high density development and a widened Katherine Road. After over 10 years the final vote at the November 12, 2013 Board of Supervisors meeting was in our favor – The Project was REJECTED!
Many neighbors stopped by during the afternoon to congratulate each other and to reflect on the long journey to our victory. Once again the Susana Knolls HOA Board thanks the Knolls Neighbors for their commitment and support.
